Rome is the capital of Italy and the country's largest and most populated city. Its historic center is listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Monuments and museums such as the Vatican Museums and the Coliseum are amongst the world's 50 most visited tourist destinations.   We hope you and your guests will have some time to visit the many historic sights in Rome.
We look forward to seeing you at the conference in May.

Author Guidelines - oral presentation

Each lecture presentation is allocated a 20 minutes time slot, with nominally 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions. Since the conference schedule is tight and synchronization between the different parallel sessions must be maintained, Session Chairs will strictly enforce this timing.  You should meet your session chair in the presentation room 15 minutes before the beginning of your session, in order to introduce yourself and to test you presentation. If you have special presentation requirements (such as Windows Media Player, or audio equipment) then you must inform the conference organizers in advance.   We strongly advise that to deal with unforeseen circumstances you bring an extra copy of all presentation materials on a USB, and ensure you have a copy available from a suitable area on the internet that is generally accessible.

Author Guidelines - poster presentation

All poster presentations will take place in the same area that will be communicated at the beginning of the conference.  Poster boards (100 cm wide, 220 cm tall) will be available. Please prepare your poster respecting these dimensions.  Authors should arrive to ensure their poster is in place before the poster session starts. Authors are requested to be present during the poster session only. All poster materials should be removed by the end of the scheduled.
